Technical note
For websites built on WordPress, any errors or failures caused by third-party plugins are the sole responsibility of their developers. We have no direct control over how they work, but we undertake to report any issue to the relevant provider and to apply workarounds whenever possible.
For custom builds, the code is part of our platform and the service is provided exclusively on our servers.
All about maintenance
Each credit is worth 30 minutes of technical work. They are used for small monthly tweaks such as: • Changes to text or images • Simple visual adjustments • Updating existing content They are quick improvements to your current website, not structural changes. For example, the Optimum Plan includes 2 credits (1 hour) and the Super Plan includes 6 credits (3 hours).
No. Maintenance focuses on looking after and optimising your current website. If you need a complete redesign or a major change of structure, we treat it as a separate project and quote it separately.
No. The included credits are monthly and are meant to cover regular needs. If you don't use them one month, they don't carry over to the next.
The following are outside maintenance: • Complete redesigns • New complex features • External integrations • Major structural changes • Complex WooCommerce adjustments (advanced products, payment gateways, shipping rules, specific plugins) In those cases, we propose a tailor-made solution.
Yes, of course. You can add more credits or switch to a higher plan at any time, hassle-free.
Maintenance focuses on the technical and evolutionary side of your website. Creating new content or complete designs is handled as an additional service.
No. Maintenance is an optional service, designed so you don't have to worry about the technical side. In the Business Plan, technical management and changes are already part of the service.
We take care of it. All plans include priority support for technical incidents, so your website keeps running normally.
Yes. There's no commitment. You can cancel the service whenever you need to, with prior notice.
Yes. We work with both WordPress websites and custom builds hosted on our servers.
Yes. We offer maintenance for WooCommerce online shops, bearing in mind that they require closer technical control because of updates, security and compatibility. Some WooCommerce-specific tasks may require: • More review time • Additional adjustments • Advanced maintenance plans (Optimum or Super) In those cases, we always let you know before carrying out any work. For this reason, WooCommerce requires at least the Optimum Plan.
